A municipal water main in British Columbia needed a new impressed current anode bed. Our crew mobilized from Calgary, UT-tested the pipe at the connection (7.9 mm, no measurable loss) and set 200 ft of linear MMO anode in calcined coke breeze.
On day one the crew recommended a redundant pipe connection. It was approved on site as change order CO-01, with photos and price in the client portal, before the trench was closed. After a weather day, the system was energized on 11 December and all six test points measured past −850 mV.
The five-document turnover package was in the client portal the next morning.
